Urban Layers

Join me August 8, 2015 as I introduce a new collection of cityscape paintings. Urban Layers is a collection of mostly plein air pieces - works done on location. My work will be hanging at Atelier 20 starting August 8- Sept 5, 2015. I'll be at Atelier 20 around 6:30 Sat. night until about 9.

San Francisco is an amazing city! The sights, smells, sounds, weather, mood, character, and people adds to It's value and excitement. If you can fall in love with a place, then I did with San Fran. These works are a collection of some of my favorite beaches, views, neighborhoods and all hold happy memories of adventures with family and friends. 

Art Business Workshop

VanCannon will cover a wide array of topics relating to professional artist practices. Topics include: artists statements, marketing strategies, selling and pricing, social media, shows and galleries, creating a website. This is a hands-on workshop, so bring a notebook, laptop, and images of your work. You’ll leave with practical application for your art business.
